In order to support our customers and our consultants, Syntegix opens a permanent position for a BPM Tools Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the tools support efficiently the Syntegix activities.

Experience:

• Must have- Tools administration (deployment, maintenance, backup).
• Must have- Users support (phone, email, training).
• Must have- Tools integration (involving scripting and data mapping).
• Should have- Tools configuration in a WAN/LAN environment.
• Should have- Technological survey on a regular
• Should have- Good knowledge of modeling tools such as MS Visio, OpenUP, IBM Rational Method Composer, Borland Together.
• Should have- Planning and scheduling meetings to gather information.

Soft skills:

• Must have- Investigation skills.
• Fluent in French
• Able to fix incident in an emergency mode.
• Able to fix problem in background.
• Able to handle multitasks
